Hudspeth Law Office, LLC was founded by Timothy J. Hudspeth in 2018 at its current location in Salem, Illinois. Shortly after opening, Attorney Jessica N. Hudspeth joined the firm and together they provided comprehensive legal services for their clients. On December 1, 2020, Timothy J. Hudspeth took office as Marion County State’s Attorney, leaving Hudspeth Law Office LLC in the hands of Attorney Jessica N. Hudspeth as a solo practitioner, carrying on the mission of the firm to provide quality, affordable legal services to our clients.
Attorney Jessica Hudspeth relocated from Paducah, Kentucky in 2009 to practice law in Illinois. She has been a resident of Marion County, Illinois since 2011. She practices in the areas of divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, adoption, child support, orders of protection, guardianships, estate planning, small claims collection, and evictions.
Our mission is to provide our clients with excellent legal services to assist with dissolution, family, custody, guardianship, adoption, child support, orders of protection, mediation, prenuptials, estate planning, Powers of Attorney, real estate transactions, small claims collection, evictions, and title insurance. Additionally, Jessica Hudspeth is on the Court approved Mediator List and Guardian ad Litem list for the Fourth Judicial Circuit for the State of Illinois.

Sandy is the Title Department Manager with 20 years of experience in title and escrow services. She comes from a lending background having been a loan processor for 4 years. She performs title searches, examines the findings and helps you to determine how to best correct any Issues that may arise during the title search and examination process. She also prepares any necessary documents to properly transfer your property and assists to insure a smooth closing process. Kim Chamberlain
Closing Agent
Kim is our Closing Agent with 2 years of experience and a banking background in loan support and collections. She works with the buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys and real estate agents to prepare your settlement statement/closing disclosure and handle your fully insured closing. She will help you navigate your mortgage documents as well as any other required documents for closing your real estate transfer.
